This article focuses on how Disney princess affect young girl’s view on body image. Most of our childhood princesses are beautiful, tiny-waisted, perky-breasted young women. Princesses in most Disney movies wear long dresses, some off the shoulder, some V-cut, and some wear just a shell bra. Researchers conducted several tests to determine how these fluff princess impacted young girl’s opinions on beauty. The results of this study were surprising. In general, whether we know it or not, we are greatly impacted by the media. Our ideas and opinions are altered by what we are told is beautiful.
