A word about blogs:

A good blog entry is like the perfect pancake: well rounded, carefully considered, and, well, a tasty treat. PS: My husband made this. I would have burned down the kitchen.

Blogs are a wonderful opportunity to share your thoughts with others. Many of you may already have one. You may use Blogger or Wordpress It's simple and easy.

When you have created your blog, do the following:
1. Click edit.
2. Write your name below
3. Create a link to your blog by clicking on the chain icon above.
4. Click the tab that says Web Address. It will ask you for the url of your blog, which you can easily cut and paste.
5. Click save. Your name should be linked in blue.

Your blogs should be thoughtfully and carefully written: use proper spelling and punctuation. You don't always have to write in a strictly formal tone, but consider your audience.

For the purposes of this class, blog entries should be between 300-400 words long. Please include at least one embedded picture with a click-through link to its original source and at least one link to an appropriate outside source.
